This website and related services are operated by L.O.C Astrology (“L.O.C Astrology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide our website, online storefronts, products, content, features, tools, and related services to you (collectively, the “Services”).

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from L.O.C Astrology. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized payment methods, errors, abuse of promotions, resale activity, or other activity inconsistent with these Terms.

If we cancel or materially modify an order after it has been submitted, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

Order Cancellations

Our fulfillment process begins quickly after an order is submitted. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate order cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their products, variants, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, PROMOTIONS AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policies applicable to your order at the time your purchase is made.

L.O.C Astrology may advertise its products and Services through third-party websites, applications, search engines, social networks, marketplaces, and advertising platforms.

These may include platforms and services operated by Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, Shopify and Shop, as well as other advertising or technology providers we may use from time to time.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

L.O.C Astrology uses Shopify technology to help provide the Services.

Purchases from our store, however, are transactions between you and L.O.C Astrology. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from L.O.C Astrology.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising solely from products purchased directly from L.O.C Astrology.

You grant L.O.C Astrology a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use User Content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting our business and Services, subject to applicable law.

You may not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights or that contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious material.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY US, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, L.O.C ASTROLOGY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless L.O.C Astrology and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the policies and other terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and L.O.C Astrology regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior versions relating to the same subject matter.

The most current version will be available through our website. When required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
