At L.O.C Astrology, we take pride in creating unique, high-quality products made especially for our customers. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an item may not work out.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or use may not be accepted.

For returns, the $7.95 shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

For exchanges, a $6.95 shipping & processing fee will be charged to process the exchange and return shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact our support team at info@locastrology.com and include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo proof.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it.

Pre-Order Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.

International Orders

Pre-Order items are offered at a discounted price and ineligible for exchange. You can return the item for a refund or store credit.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
